Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during store hours.
Is my data safe?
Yes. A screen, battery or charging port repair does not touch your data. Back up your phone anyway, as you should before any repair.
Do you fix the folding phones?
Yes. Every Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, from the Z Fold 2 and Z Flip 3 through the Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8. Inner screen, outer screen, batteries and charging ports. Call with your model first so we can have the part ready.
Will my phone still be water-resistant after a screen repair?
No repaired phone should be treated as water-resistant afterwards. That is true at any repair shop, including Samsung.
